didactic instruction, you will not find it here. I will--with a light
heart--present hundreds of techniques and suggestions, and for each of them I
make the same suggestion:
Give it a try. If it works for you, fine--use it; it's yours. If it doesn't
work for you, let it go and try other things that may. When you find things
that do work for you, I advise you to follow Shakespeare's advice:
"Grapple them to thy soul with hoops of steel."
